How do I find the address and directions to my accommodation?

Are there any special offers or long-stay discounts available?

Yes! We offer a variety of ways to save when you book direct. From mid-week breaks to long-term stays, you can view our latest accommodation specials here.

What is the difference between a serviced apartment and a hotel?

Our serviced apartments offer significantly more space than a standard hotel room. Each residence features separate bedrooms, full kitchen facilities, and private laundry—ideal for families or corporate travellers who want a "home away from home" experience.


Check-In, parking & accessibility!

What are the check-in and check-out times?

For Hillarys, Fremantle, and Scarborough, check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For Mandurah, check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Is there free parking available at the properties?

Yes. We offer ample on-site parking at all four of our locations, provided free of charge for all guests.

How do I check in if I arrive after hours?

If you are arriving after our reception desks have closed, your keys will be left in a secure late-arrival box. Please contact our team during business hours to receive your access code.

Do you offer accessible accommodation?

Yes, we have accessible room options available at our Hillarys and Fremantle locations. These apartments have been assessed to support travellers with specific mobility needs.

Is linen provided in the apartments?

Absolutely. All bed linen, pillows, and towels are provided for every guest.

How often are the rooms serviced?

To maintain your privacy, our self-contained apartments are not serviced daily. If you are staying with us for 7 nights or more, you will receive a full mid-week service, including a linen change and replenishment of essentials.

Are pets allowed at Nautica Residences?

We maintain a no-pet policy across all our properties to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Guide or assistance dogs are the only exception—please notify us at the time of booking.
